Logging in the system won’t display the survey request in the list.
There is a possibility that two or more accounts for your company have been registered in the
system (e.g. one for your headquarters and the other for one of your branches (such as an overseas
base)). Based on the security policy of the system, a survey request of a different account cannot be
confirmed. We’d ask you to decide whether your headquarters replies to us on behalf of your
company or your branch (overseas base) does by itself.
When your headquarters registers the reply on behalf of your company:
Use only one account for your company, so we’ll change the destination of our request for
content surveys to your headquarters. Many of our suppliers use this method. We may trouble
you, but please inform the controller of the SCOPE site “scope-site@sharp.co.jp” of the change
by e-mail.
When your branch office (overseas base)registers the reply:
We’d like to continue to request content surveys from your branch (overseas base).
When your branch office procures parts/materials on its own, supplies them to our overseas
base, and your headquarters finds it difficult to know the parts/materials information,
sometimes, this method is used.
