Acid hydrolysis of cassava peels
The cassava peel hydrolysates were
obtained by acid hydrolysis of dried and milled
cassava peel under the following conditions:
cassava peel mass, 0.3-15% w/v; temperature, 105-
135°C; reaction time, 15-90 min under pressure 15
lb/inc2; sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid or acetic
acid, 0.01-0.25 M.
