Multivariate Poisson analysis revealed a significant effect of age and training on the incidence of ETAP, with older adults lesslikely to experience ETAP. Training volume showed a similar pat-tern. Transversus abdominus thickness change with contractiondid not impact on the incidence of ETAP, but those participantswho scored 4.5 or 5 on the Sahrmann test, were more likely to bein the asymptomatic group (IRR = 1.6) (Table 3.).
