7. CONCLUSION
This paper presents an approach to simplify the structure of the
animation circuits in the VR model of a virtual product. The idea
is to convert a behavior node into a 2-tuple metadata. The resulted
graph is called a metadata graph. Nodes in the metadata graph
could be further merged if their metadata have the same part and
task classifications. These metadata graphs allow the behavior
model query and retrieval process be performed at different levels
of details. The proposed method could be integrated with existing
VR authoring systems to support fast construction of behavior
models.
