Once we find that the other person is ambiguity and
therefore increase shared knowledge. We should provide adequate information about
ourselves to ensure effective and friendly communication. In this way, we can prevent this
spiral development of the misunderstanding leading to another. We should be other-oriented
or listener-oriented and pay more attention to the other people’s face needs and feelings. We
should try to see communication from the other’s point of view and try to understand others
as we want to understand us. We believe that these strategies hold the key to unlocking major
difficulties in cross-gender communication and achieving effective cross-gender
communication.
