Table 2 shows that respondents agree quite
strongly with the prior fi ndings of a qualitative
study. Based on the mean measures of main
drivers and facilitators, they rated higher on “top
management leadership” (4.58), “top management
support” (4.45), “a cross-functional team” (4.06),
“building corporate images” (4.00). However,
agreement about training was not quite as strong
as about “a cross-functional team”. Respondents
rated the item at 3.64. This shows that Thai
employees prefer a cross-functional team over a
training program that is essentially basic, instructorled
learning
