It’s early morning and your alarm clock is going. Each beep sends lighting strikes of pain through your head. You try to open your eyes but the rays of light penetrating your pupil amplify the pain even more. You must take slow steps as you stumble out of bed to find the Advil as you could throw up at any minute. You aren’t sure if you will be able to stomach any breakfast.
It doesn’t matter whether you are working or planned on sitting at home all day, it’s going to be an awful day. You think back to how much fun you had last night. You tell yourself it was worth it. But at the same time you’d give anything to feel normal again.
