event – Hyponatremia/ serum sodium decreased to 14, spinal bone collapsed, hunchback was worsening, hip and back pain, legs numbness and weakness, poor balancing, and pressed tissue around hip result in pain. And also pressed nerve result in numbness, had a surgery, had a lump (size 5-6 cms) at abdomen in the right, not pain. Had problem with injection- can’t push in black injection button until the end, then repeated an injection, worried about overdose. Feeling tried, sleepy, involving a Female patient, aged 80, who was subscribed Teriparatide, reported the event to Lilly on 17-July-2015. (#3093)

1. It was reported that the patient had serum sodium decreased to 14 and her normal value was 16; please provide the units for these values.
2. Please provide any available sodium laboratory results with units and dates.
3. If possible, please provide furhter informaiton regarding spinal collapse.
4. Did the patient have any adverse event in relation to the overdose?
