This is a big issue, our customer do not willing to return OBL to Grohe yet they want to use it and do customs clearance at their end because of high storage cost incur !
I have told them Schenker will not charge them any additional cost due to the OBL faulty postage, then they willing to return OBL to Grohe.
Please take note, no more such incident happen again, it will create a big issue to Grohe.
