Human Resources Department (HRD) in any organisation
is intended to supervise and control all employees [1]. Among
others, the responsibilities of HRD include recruitment, career
development and promotion, payment of salaries and
allowances and staff dismissal. Human resources are the
players of business operations of an organisation.
Systematically administrating and managing human resources
are therefore very critical. Any technology that can help HRD
in those assignments would be beneficial as it could raise the
productivity of an organisation, which is resulted from
efficient management [2].
