I do not think of myself as outdoorsy, but I find myself going for hikes in the surrounding mountains as often as possible, even in the rain, and I really do enjoy it. I've also been trying to get better at running lately, thought I focus more on time rather than distance. I've been practicing Qi Gong for a number of years, which I think really makes a difference in one's overall well-being. I also try to go to meditation and as a result I now identify as a student of Buddhism. I've just finished a beginner's yoga class and I totally love it; I try to practice every morning. I've signed up for the second course to start in the new year.
