Main Responsibilities:
· Working as a central person between the head office of Shop development team and Store Operations to achieve the Brands objectives
· Keeping the operations team (Operations Manager, Area Manager, Store Manager, Store Staff) fully informed of all matters relating to the store operations including staff-in and out
· Monitoring the up-to-date status of store opening-close
· Gathers information with landlords on new store openings and renovations design criteria for Brands that are under Shop Development Department
· Monitors Suppliers/Constructors schedules and budget expenses
· Managing travel matters for all operations team; ticket booking, accommodation, etc
· Managing/Inspecting all admin paperwork including ensuring paperwork required by head office departments is sent as appropriate
· Managing incoming and outgoing post including maintaining postage records
· Liaising with all head office departments on any admin areas
