I did not get focus out of this. Just the opposite. Got a little dreamy with some minor, indecipherable audio hallucinations.

Could you perhaps share a link to any studies that supports the validity of Pure tone entrainment? I personally have done a pair of studies that support the validity of binaural entrainment, but this entails the activation of the superior olivary complex of the brain for the "third tone" As this pure tone does not produce a third tone, I am curious as to whether it is better, worse, or the same. I would greatly appreciate any studies or scientific data to support this. Thank you very much.

I use a lot of binaural beats. But truthfully I don't know how efficient any of them are, I don't know which one is better; I rely more on the placebo effect, since I know they can all produce that.

You cannot hear them as different if heard individually through different ears at the same time, while if you hear both tones via both ears, you also hear the interference pattern tone with minimal carryover into brainwaves.

When the sounds the olivary complexes receive are close to identical, but not quite the same, they produce brainwaves which are the difference between the two sounds heard, the binaural frequency. You cannot hear them as different, but you can experience the effects of the resultant brainwaves.

You have two Olivary Complexes within the medula oblongata, part of the second crystal chakra, which appear to help you determine elevation/orientation of your head by comparing degree of tilt, and differences in left and right visual and auditory fields. as well as helping you stand up and walk straight, It helps you locate sources of sound.

That's my concern, is that my brain separates the tones rather than letting the "beat" manifest. I'm not sure if I'm focusing too hard, not that I mean to. But I work with music fairly frequently and so my brain has a habit of trying to single out a tone.

I am not a producer of binaurals, however.. With headphones off, as with speakers, the beats will interact to form an audible interference beat. True binaurals have no audible beat when heard thru headphones, as the binaural beat is created and manifested internally across the brain, not within the hearing pathways.

can you explain a little more maybe in a PM about where you are running into troubles?? It seems to be working fine for me when I try to test it...

I have 2 questions for you AudioEntrainment. First off, when it comes to binaural beats, even with headphones on I frequently separate the two tones in my head and hear them independently (thus eliminating the "beat"), am I still going to get the same effect? Also, when I listen to tones as I'm falling asleep, no matter which they are, I always seem to have really weird dreams. Is that coincidence or is there something I should make of it?

Great tune, love it - helps to concentrate indeed. But I can't purchase it from link provided - when I click to check out, it says invalid number. Looks like there is a mandatory hidden field or something. Tried with Safari and Firefox browsers. Can you check it out please? Let me know if you need more information. Thanks!
