With regard to the below reported issue by Naksompong, please note that we cannot accommodate any further requests on an emergency basis, especially, since the request is being placed to provide access for contractors and employees from the VPN.
We had made an exception yesterday for Naksompong due to the Severity 1 incident which had been raised.
As we are all aware, this issue came into place as a standard change request had not been placed with UIT Team to accommodate the changes made on the IHANNA-V server.
Hence, we suggest that the appropriate information is collected for all relevant users and provided as an official change request to UIT Team to carry out the needful.
Also, please note that the CR (Change Request) which Alok provided - CRQGB0000240151 with regard to the changes implemented in moving the IHANNA system to a virtual machine is dated back to 8th July, 2014.
As per our discussion over the chat yesterday, a CR which was recently implemented has led to the issue for most of the users.
Hence, please provide us the correct CR number and who raised it as we require if for documentation purposes.
