Table 6 showed different respondents' perceptions on the most
risky stage through vegetable supply chain. Most people (53.1%)
believed that raw material in agriculture production stage was the
most risky to cause vegetable safety problems. 33.9% people
perceived vegetable processing stage as the stage that safety
problems of vegetables were most likely to occur. There were only
5.6% and 5.1% people perceived transportation and sale stage as the
ones with the highest risk, respectively.
