This is to answer to our SE’s staff questions.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How to update the result in self-assessment, since 8th June , not all results are out at this point.
A: Employee can put down the projected result based on current status to-date.
It will also help to list down work that is being done to close out their goals and a projection of closure for these items.
Q: I am very new; do I need to complete my Goal Plan and Review?
A: Employee who join on and before 31 May’14 need to complete their Goal Plan and Performance Review for that cycle .
Q: Can I still update my goals in Goal Plan after Reviews have been pushed out?
A: Change or update goals only in the Review Module – changes in Goal Plan will no longer populate to the Review after push out.
Q: My subordinate was recently transferred to me and I would like to get his/her review from his/her former manager. Is this function available in the eGPM+?
A: Yes, a manager can Collaborate with the former manager to assess the employee (function available on Actions -> Transfer Review/Collaborate). It is recommended that the manager communicates his intention to Collaborate with the former manager beforehand.
Q: My subordinate left the company after Review was pushed out. How do I remove it from My Tasks list?
A: Contact your HR Taleo Admin (K. Piyabutr ext. 77082 or me to remove the task from your task list. (e-mail is required)
Note: All previously entered data by employee and manager will be permanently erased, and they no longer will be able to access to this review. This is a NON-REVERSIBLE action.

Dear all SE,
I hope all of you got the information from your manager already that our top executive would like to exercise the performance rating calibration reviews in WW Mfg Operations and need you to complete self-assessment earlier.
In order to expedite performance rating calibration reviews in WW Mfg Operations, all Employees have June 10th to complete self-assessment and Managers are to “SAVE” the performance ratings in Taleo by June 13 th
We understand the confusion – we ask for your understanding and support for the calibration exercise within Dave’s organization.
As always, some of you may be on a more aggressive schedule set by your individual managers or directors, If that is the case the more aggressive schedule will apply.
