Requirement
A copy of the Pre-Delivery and Installation Report must be submitted (within 45 days of unit delivery) to the NMHG Asia-Pacific Service Department. A copy should also remain in the dealer’s truck record file and a copy should go to the customer.
Incomplete or improperly completed reports will be returned to the dealer for correction.
The Pre-Delivery and Installation Report must be filled out by the technician/sales person to reflect the specification of the truck being supplied to the customer/end user. The person responsible for the handover of the truck to the customer must demonstrate the operation of the truck and have the customer sign the Pre-Delivery and Installation Report Form in recognition of their satisfaction, plus satisfy the legal requirements in relation to the commissioning of the new product.
NOTE: A properly completed Pre-Delivery and Installation Report must be submitted as part of the truck warranty registration process. Failure to comply will result in the rejection of warranty claims.
