1 x Main dish x 3 portion
(Total 9 plates) dishes must be presented individually, freestyle, with appropriate starches and garnish
2. The contestants must prepared 3 portions each with menu recipes

3. The contestants may display dishes in any preferred format.
4. A desk size 0.75*0.75 meter covered with white sheet is provided for display.
4.1 Well explanation about all ingredients used in menus.
4.2 Presenting conceptual idea for each fusion menus.
5. The contestants must bring their own tools, equipments, plates, utensils, table ware and glasses for the
exhibit.
