Free Fitness Orientation
As a new member you will receive a 3 induction session which includes a fitness assessment and a customised fitness programme. Depending on your needs, we can recommend programmes to lose weight, get fit for sport, build cardio fitness, strengthen muscles, build heart health or even get fit for the first time. Your fitness instructor will work with you to assess which programme suits your needs best and provide a hands-on demonstration of how the exercises and equipment works.
Ongoing support:
Free Health check: We provide free health checks so
you can keep track of the improvements in your health
such as your resting heart rate, metabolic rate and body
fat percentage.
Advice available: If you’re ever unsure about how to use the equipment or need help with an exercise, our friendly fitness teams are always on hand. There’s a qualified
fitness professional available on the gym floor at all times
to help out.
