According to Table 3, Stevia presented the lowest sweetening
power (94.72), which is close to the results found in peach nectar at
10 g/100 g of sucrose (Sweetener potency of 101) by Cardoso and
Bolini (2007) and reconstituted pineapple juice at 8.5 g/100 g of
sucrose (sweetener potency of 63) by Marcellini (2005), corresponding
to the highest and lowest values respectively.
