Responsibilities:
Is coordination of the planning group
Establishment and following up of the project plans and ensuring that all plans within the contract and coordinated and compatible
Controlling, monitoring and reporting the performance of the work with regards to the progress and manhour budgets against the established schedules
Trend analyses and evaluations of consequences of possible delays, design changes and variations
Ensuring that the project’s contractual and administrative requirements to the planning are fulfilled
Shall at all times encourage to and seek improvements to the projects cost and schedule
Establish/coordinator, monitor and at all times be familiar with the Basis for Design documentation
Is responsible for engineering change control and co-ordination towards the change control coordinator
Shall administrate the Technical Clarification system established
Is responsible for all work performed under the Discipline lead management
Is responsible for implement ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
