According to the Royal Decree 604 as per below mentioned by Khun Phan, the company will have tax saving 20% for the additional tax deductible expenses for the acquisition of new capex (machinery, FF&E, office equipment and computer software) which have payment to the suppliers during 3 November 2015 to 31 December 2016. In order to use this tax benefit and avoid tax risk for future tax audit from Revenue Department, I think we should have the proper documents filling , which should gather all documents relating to the purchase of fixed assets, including the accounting record of assets, invoices and receipt in one filling (not separate filling as current practice).
