Mr Paiboon ,
The situation is now extremely critical. I have European sub-supplier here installing the automation line to the injection machine. We must have the mold in to the machine preferable already tomorrow but no later than Wednesday morning. On top of that I have in a couple of days to inject first customer (Honda Automotive) customer of plastic parts from this machines and molds
I want you to be here together with mobile crane company tomorrow morning 08.00h AM sharp on the shop-floor to evaluate how to make the mold lifts from now on until the day the overhead crane is finally ready to be used . Molds will from now on go in and out of the injection machines on daily basis. as we are in debugging and test run phase we can never tell exactly when the molds need to be lifted.
I'm extremely surprised how a highly acknowledge and world-wide known company as Kone Crane can manage a project as poorly as we have experienced here in Valeo Chonburi Thailand. I consider the management of this project have run more or less completely out of control .
