Hi Kelly! I loved this talk, and agree that compassion has an immense role in resilience & energy (ie Tibetan medicine model) But, out of curiosity, how do you account for caregiver stress, which doesn’t affect all caregivers, of course, but still? Is this strictly an issue of framing the stress to achieve the more positive outcome? Or do you see a role for body-based mindfulness? (i.e. perhaps learning to be aware when the oxytocin has converted into a more corrosive cortisol overload) Great talk. Thanks!
