What to do with the listening tracks?
1. Listen to how the people in the examples gave their complaints.
2. Take note of how the telephone staff handled the call.
3. The questions in relation to these tracks can be found in your book, please refer to it.
On Tuesday, we shall begin with recording on complaints and responding to complaints.
