analysis is specific for only one property. The three methods used
presented coherent results for the fruits evaluated, which was
mainly seen with the DPPH and b-carotene methods. The ABTS,
DPPH, b-carotene methods all show that the blackberry is the richest
source of antioxidants and the blueberry is the poorest.
