This experience was awesome and disappointing at the same time. The glow cave is where it is all at but the tours in my opinion are mismanaged. There is a tour every 30 mins for $49. Despite the hefty price there are 50 people in a tour and there is no place for 50 people to go in on a single tour. Next disappointment is no photography is allowed inside the cave which defeats the whole purpose. It would make sense to ban flash photography, but to ban all photography so they can take a lame picture before entering the cave, photoshop it on a glow worm background and then sell it to you for $35 is just rubbish!
As for the tour, it is a 45 minute tour and 30 mins of it is like being in any other cave. The tour guide was average, did not seem very cordial. It is after the first dragged 30-35 mins of the tour that you get to see your first glimpse of the glow worms. Next there is a 3 minute boat ride inside the cave that gives best view of the glow worms and is definitely a fascinating experience. I rate the glow worm experience at 5, and everything else about this experience a zero!
