Can you clarify on the fixed days off point. I would avoid staffs taking days off on weekends.though back of the house can alternate as hua hin is a weekend destination specially for operation dptments like FB and Front/Rooms Div.
Based on this schedules we are giving 2 days off and they work 10hrs.correct?
Also I have noticed HK maids leave at 5pm. Like Banking hrs. Shouldnt they operate on shifts and have some staffs left during high season not just one houseman. Khun Nong leaves at 5pm daily.Her supervisors stays until 9pm.
Remarks:
Khun Nong holds staffs together but the 2 supervisors knows more than her on work details and 5 star standards. Both from Marriott and Anantara over 15 years.
We need to address this roster if we want 5 stars turn down standards. HK is the most stable dprtm.now. The 3 main leaders have been loyal. Despite these flaws.
I plan to push the 2 supervisors up to more higher position and responsibility.
Khun Ked leaves at 5pm also.even when we have events. As HODs specially for khun Ked its quite bad if he isnt willing to stay back.
Remarks:khun Ked not good in standards and quality of work. He can do better but does not put the heart to finished a good quality job. 5pm he rushs home and drop everything. Not caring for resort assets. Alot of oversite for Preventive maintenance and problems.
For Front I noticed khun Beer granting khun Gig 2 days off. Friday Saturday and Sunday is her day off* I have agreed when she joined as she is doing her MA. Study. We will need to check when she finished her study program.
Remarks : on Khun Beers style of leadership is to "spoiled"the staffs. No leadership and doesnt drive dprtm. To higher standards.trainings.
