3.3. Architecture
The existing buildings on the site are all corrugated
sheet metal buildings. The patterns of construction
vary, as do the building colors which include shades of
white, cream, beige, and steel gray. This type of
architecture is appropriate for an industrial park in
this region and should be maintained. However, the
industrial park would be more uni®ed if the buildings
had coordinating wall and roof colors.
The buildings that housed the engineering company
(Fig. 3(m)) are now the property of the city and could
be used to house new industries or could be disassembled
and recycled into new buildings.
