• To supervise 14 salespersons in team, 10 persons in customer service team, And 5 sales persons in QC Team.
• To do strategic planning in term of selling technique , competitive analysis , database segmentation analysis , performance monitoring report .coordinate with clients and sales supervisor.
• Create and implement Promotion plan in order to achieve sales target within agreed budget. Do a training course for new telesales,
• On basic product knowledge, Product feature and selling technique.
• Training course for old telesales, On sale clinic for up selling technique. Forecast sale volume and trend to support to Marketing department.
• Create a new commission program to motivate sales agent achieves both corporate sales target and sales performance.
