3. Coordinate and support process of compensation and benefits such as merit, performance bonus, incentive, and other benefit programs to ensure proper programs are in place and process effectively.
4. Coordinate processes of Performance feedback tools and analyze its results upon request for timely support.
5. Coordinate for training and meeting arrangement in line with the training and development plan and programs.
6. Plan and arrange HR programs and employee activities according to plan & budget to increase employee’s engagement with communication team.
7. Generate and submit reports internally and externally according to the government’s requirements and company’s policies and ensure the proper practices are performed with full compliance.
8. Maintain the record of employees’ time attendance and feedback to department for further management to ensure the compliance to company regulations.
9. Maintain employees’ data on HR database and keep it up-to-date in order to support management information.
10. Support for initiate plan or strategy in relation to HR management tools for employees to improve HR services and management.
11. To implement the EE activities such as New Year party, Monthly MEG, employee activities, etc. timely
12. Assist HR Manager in multiple projects, a single large or complex project that requires medium or advanced level of business knowledge.
