Develop a system of Early Intervention and training professionals and resources that meet the needs of children, is food for thought and study of both researchers and various organizations, which has allowed l understand the factors that affect the quality of these services. Similarly the effects on children of parents living in contexts can be mentally vulnerable or risk generators or have negative effects on their development. Detection of parental mental vulnerability through early intervention professionals makes education and other sectors use it as a tool for diagnosis, evaluation and improvement of the risk involved. In this sense, this project "Kids Strengths" and virtual tools are presented as a resource to strengthen professionals who work in mental vulnerability contexts. People who live in vulnerable learning context have no lack of live normally and be negatively impacted during development. The symptoms are non-specific in most cases although a greater vulnerability (Mattejat / Lisofsky 2001) The acquisition of skills training, and professional practices, is of great importance for the implementation of early intervention programs and to meet the needs of children living in vulnerable contexts.
