This is an edited version of a case study that will appear in a forthcoming edition of the Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management (CSREM) journal published by John Wiley and ERP Environment. All the material in this case study is based on publicly available information. The case is intended to be used for both research and teaching purposes. The main events in this case study have been divided into two parts with questions following each part in order to facilitate debate and discussion. The authors make no judgement whatsoever about the conduct of any of the parties involved in this case study.
