The Calspray Integrated Fatspray system is a simple, efficient system design for easy installation and operation. Please read this instruction manual. It contains important operation and safety instructions.
Before any person operates the Calspray Fatspray system, they should receive
Training on proper operation. This training will insure efficient operation and may prevent injury to the operator or his co-workers.
Minimum training must include topics of:
A. Operation Controls
B. Disconnect Switch
C. Far Handing System

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
A. GENERAL SAFE PRACTICES
Safety is a basic factor of machinery operation at all times. Most Accidents are the result of careless or negligence. All rotating machinery is potentially dangerous and must be guarded as required by applicable laws, regulations, standard and good safety practice.
Before doing any maintenance on the motor driven machinery the power supply to the motor should be turned off. This is done by opening the disconnect switch in the high voltage 3-phase line to the starter. The switch be locked in the open position with a padlock and the key held the person doing the maintenance. It is good practice to tag the switch with the name of the person who has the key.
Use proper tools for performing maintenance and hosting equipment. Avoid standing under objects begin hoisted. Clean the work area before performing maintenance work so that worker have sure footing.
The fats spray system involves conveying hot fat within rigid and flexible piping.
Use care not to discharge hot fat onto a person. Burns and other injury could result. Remove fat deposits on the floor to prevent possible accidents by slipping.
Hot surfaces should be covered with insulation to prevent accidental burning of operators and to conserve energy,
