We have information and check the status of delivery.If there is a problem in the delivery we will immediately notify the customer.When we know problem with delivery status .Our staff try to contact him many time(Date 7,10,12 Aug 2015) about information of your item status but never respond from him until finally He responded on 12 Aug 15 that "Pick up".
In fact,He should have received on 3Aug15,But no people received its at his address We understand his feelings item has been delayed .Nagative feedback that he leave to us seems extremely unfair to us.We intend to fully serve and try to solve the problem and notify Customer to know that such a problem we can not control.
