Thank you for these photos.
While our policy normally requires that we receive a return of the original product before we can send out a replacement, in order to cut down on shipping and processing time we are willing to accept photographic evidence that your cable no longer is in use. To provide this evidence, please reply to this email with a photo of the cable cut off, with a piece of paper showing your name and the date clearly visible in the picture.
When we receive this photo, we will submit an order to have a new lightning cable sent out to you from our warehouse as soon as possible.
In order for us to know where to send this, please also include your full name, preferred mailing address and contact phone number in the body of your reply email.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns at this time. We are here to help.

Hi,
Thank you for writing in. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your cable, we'd be happy to help.
It may not be necessary to issue a replacement, as most of the time, this error is due to one of a few possible causes:
- unsupported USB power adapter
- dirt inside the iPhone/iPad Lightning port
- dirt inside the cable's USB port
- dirt on the cable's Lightning connector
- low power at the charging source (external battery, wall socket, computer USB port, car charger, etc.) If you are using an external battery, try to charge it fully before plugging your cable/iPhone
- actual defect in the cable

When charging from a wall plug, make sure to use the USB power adapter that came with your iPhone, as either third-party or previous generation adapters from Apple may not support charging of newer phones.
If you don't see any progress after cleaning your different ports and connectors, or after making sure your power source is strong enough, then we can determine that the cable needs a replacement. If so, please reply to this email with a photo of your cable and a copy of the proof of the purchase and we will assist with the rest of the process.
