2/3 cup water & 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dried anko(ถั่วแดง) powder, or 1 1/4 cup premade anko
*katakuriko (porato starch) for dusting
Put water and sugar in a heat-resistant bowl and mix well. Then, add shiratama –ko (glutinous rice flour) in the bowl. Put the bowl in microwave and heat for two minutes. Stir the dough. Put it in microwave again, and heat the dough until it inflates. Stir the hot mochi quickly.
