The iodine value was calculated by the AOCS method Cd 1c-
85 [24]. The quantity of free fatty acids was determined using a
potentiometric titration (modified AOCS method Ca 5a-40, 1977)
with an automatic burette (Dosimat 715 model from Metrohm);
and the FFA content was expressed as linolenic acid, AOCS Method
Ca 5a-40 [24], and the saponification number was determined by
the AOAC Official Method AOCS Cc 17-79 [24].
