Discussion
This study investigated the relationship
between demographic diversity and organisational
performance, specifically for executive
board of directors at aggregate organisational
levels. As expected, the results supported the
hypothesis stating that executive board of
director diversity was positively associated
with both return on investment and return on
assets. Thus, diversity with boards of directors
appeared to have an impact on overall organisational
performance.
