Based on his working during 2 months ago, I found that he’s good technical knowledge for pre-sales, but lack of discipline and engagement to our working team.
In this case, I and P’Tarn decide to give him the last chance to proof himself if he can adapt to work with us, but required him to accept the adjusted salary during the extended probation period.
