3.6. Catechin and epicatechin
In 2003, catechin and epicatechin accumulated in fruit skin with
delayed harvest from CM to 231 DAFB at both locations (Fig. 7A and
C). In 2004, catechin and epicatechin accumulated in fruit skin up to
217 DAFB, butthe concentrations of both flavanols had significantly
(P ≤ 0.05) declined by 231 DAFB at both locations (Fig. 7B and D)
