Challenge= something new and difficult which requires great effort and determination.
Vulnerable= (someone) is weak and without protection, with the result that they are easily hurt physically or emotionally.
Interpersonal= relating to relationships between people.
Precedent= (an action or event) it has happened before, and this can be regarded as an argument for doing it again.
Explicit= expressed or shown clearly and openly, without any attempt to hide anything.
