Work with the Department Heads on manpower planning to understand the precise requirements.
· Work with respective hiring managers on the hiring requirements of the roles being recruited.
· Source for potential candidates through direct channels, web searches and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent.
· Drive recruitment events, career/job fairs and collaborate with Marketing for Employer Branding
· Provide advice and counseling to employees on employee-related issues
· Coming up with developmental programs for high potentials and employees in managerial positions to better align them directly to achieving business level goals
· Maintain and develop Compensation & Benefits policy for the company
· Develop short-term and long-term incentive programs based on Departmental KPIs
· Design and manage new HR initiatives to drive employee motivation, diversity, and positive work environment
· Ensure legal compliance and interpret local and country laws relating to employment
· Take timely and proactive actions to review current, new, and pending statutory requirements governing employment policies, programs and administration, and take actions to ensure compliance.
