In order that an information society should develop as a knowledge society it is
decisively conditioned in Romania and internationally, by the presence of intelligent

performance. The foundation on knowledge of contemporary organizations is inevitable and
results from a level of systemic complexity that goes beyond the rigid limits of traditional
hierarchies and leads to the appearance of configurations and non-hierarchical organizational
practices;from strictly inertial developments, the nature of self-organization may result, at
most, into isolated solutions, possibly articulated ad-hoc; instead, getting an integrated,
sustainable system implies a transforming intervention on the existing organizations or
creating new ones, dedicated to the aim pursued.
All the projects of achievement of knowledge-based organizations require strategic
engagement and managerial ingenuity in combining computer facilities of intelligent
assistance with consolidated organizational practices refering to innovation, learning and
partnership interactivity. Therefore knowledge-based organizations are likely, by virtue of
their specific culture, to promote in society value of conceptual relevance as a source of
influence and an ethic of responsible legitimacy in the behavior and relationships of social
actors.

and the company's employees.

received in order to establish the necessary measures needed to improve the activity of the
