For a restaurant which supposedly serves authentic and high quality Thai food, our party of 10 unanimously felt it was worse than Thai-style food dished up in a suburban shopping mall. Prawns were soft, grainy and deeply concerning. Fish was grey and did not smell fresh and the vegetable had the taste and texture of frozen produce. For a land which uses fresh pineapple as a frequent ingredient, the use of tinned pineapple is just bewildering. When questioned about the pineapple, the maitre'd explained that patrons prefer the tinned as it is sweeter. Service... Well that was virtually non existent and when we did get some service it was rather curt. In all, you would be better off going to the nearest 7-11 and buying some two minute noodles for your dinner. Tellingly, as soon as we made our complaints about the quality of the food, the maitre'd was unsurprised and immediately conceded that she would not charge for the worst of the dishes.
