he can't resolve correctly and make system network crashes and down Which affects the customers greatly.
after that, he suggest to rebuild and install new firewall.
Our customer have the question, Why he not inform impact before resolve this issue ?
if recommended to install a new one. he do not need to open the case this time or not.
