1. HR Department made the list of employee (Excel file) by submitting Helpdesk system
2. MIS Staff assign ticket on Helpdesk system and replies to HR department
3. In case email, MIS Staff add email from server. In case login, MIS Staff generate new login on Login Center system
4. MIS Staff sent email to manager of employee for new email and new login
5. MIS Staff close the ticket and reply email to HR department
