Key Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Troubleshooting system, network, telephone problem
Troubleshooting company application problem
Providing support to users, including procedural documentation and trainings
Handle help desk and work delegation to the team members
Person Specifications:
Thai Nationality with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related fields
1-2 years of experience in IT support or related functions but recent graduates will be considered
Can communicate in English
Possess technical problem solving skill, service mindedness, positive attitude, and the willing to learn new things
