The main reasons of selecting those companies are three folds. First, over the last decade this companies’ growth has been most important sector in Thailand especially the forthcoming of ASEAN Economic Cooperation (AEC) (OECD, 2000). Second, there are not many empirical studies on knowledge creation among innovative companies in Thailand. Third, ASEAN countries will become AEC in 2015 which means the competition among ASEAN members is very high especially in innovative products and services. The ability of those companies to create knowledge and manage it strategically is viewed as a critical to organizational success and survival (Nonaka and Teece, 2001).
