Physical inactivity, as measured by total screen time (TV and computer), decreased nearly 47% from 178.6 ± 40.5 to 95.0 ± 26.4 minutes per day (P = 0.01). Significant reductions in reported servings of fat per day were observed, whereas no significant changes in servings of fruits and vegetables were reported (Table 3).
